Geez, that was fast. Just days after Cameron Diaz allegedly lost her cool when she spied ex-boyfriend Justin Timberlake chatting up Jessica Biel at a post-Golden Globes bash, she's turned up in Hawaii with bald-pated surfer Kelly Slater, says TMZ.com. The ruffle-loving actress, 34, is believed to be crashing at the home of her longtime pal, 34, whom she reportedly joined for a "romantic oceanfront dinner" at a local eatery. Diaz definitely shares Slater's love for the board. She recently bubbled to Self that surfing is "a truly religious experience," one that apparently includes praying at the altar of the plastic surgeon who repaired her nose after she broke it hanging ten a few years back. "Ushering a wave that's traveled across the world into the shore is amazing," marveled Cam to the mag. "I don't care if I get to do it just two days a year, I have to be in the water. It's balancing."

Meanwhile, Slater's ex, Gisele Bundchen, has developed a sudden interest in football, touching off talk that she may be looking to score with New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady. The Boston Herald reports the Brazilian bombshell was spotted loitering outside the Patriots' locker room Sunday after their game in San Diego. "No one noticed her, she was dressed like a high-school kid, just in jeans and a T-shirt," an eyewitness tells the paper. "But she is gorgeous." Bundchen, who split with longtime love Leonardo DiCaprio in 2005 and was reportedly locking lips last month with Josh Hartnett, made note of Brady's finer qualities last year, when he was still dating actress Bridget Moynahan (they called it quits in December). "Definitely not too shabby. He's pretty cute," purred the bra-shilling Victoria's Secret mannequin to the Herald. "All-American, that's a good way to describe him."

It's been a tough couple of months for fans of "The O.C.": Not only was the show canceled, but co-stars Adam Brody and Rachel Bilson went belly-up after two-plus years of cute-as-a-bug's-ear coupledom. Now there may be more bad news for fans of Seth and Summer. Us Weekly suspects there could be something a-brewing between Brody, 27, and Kirsten Dunst, 24, after the two were recently seen getting their flirt on at Los Angeles hotspot Hyde. Still, proximity doesn't always equal a love connection. After all, the indie music-loving actor sparked similar whispers a few weeks ago when he was supposedly seen bending the ear of Ashlee Simpson. As for the knee sock-loving onetime squeeze of Jake Gyllenhaal, she's repeatedly dismissed reports that claim she's cuddling up to Orlando Bloom.

Speaking of Bloom, he continues to spend quality time with Penélope Cruz, whom he's been sporadically linked to since September (she insists they're just pals). The New York Post reports the nonthreatening heartthrob was thisclose to the "Volver" looker as they celebrated his 30th birthday last weekend at an Los Angeles club. "She was never further than arm's length from Orlando," a spy tells the paper. Bloom and Cruz were also out and about together on Tuesday, says Perez Hilton, when they popped up at Justin Timberlake's Los Angeles concert.

Meanwhile, Penélope's ex Matthew McConaughey seems to be sampling the many nubile delights Australia has to offer. TMZ.com says the deodorant-eschewing former Sexiest Man Live, who's been in Queensland shooting "Fool's Gold" with Kate Hudson, was recently seen sweating up a storm as he both busted a move and made a move on an unidentified brunette while whooping it up at a local Irish bar. Snaps show McConaughey smooching with the amenable young lady in between shaking his ookily moist groove thing.
