Back in 2005, before Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie officially came out as a couple, they were oh-so-careful to maintain a discreet distance in public.

Times sure have changed.

All eyes were on the sublime if ever-more-wax-like sweethearts at Monday's Critics' Choice Awards in Los Angeles, and they didn't disappoint, serving up plenty of PDA for the masses.

Pitt, rocking a newsboy-cap-free emo coif, goatee and plenty of plaid, and Jolie, styling a trench coat, a simple Dolce & Gabbana frock and Christian Louboutin stilettos, all in her now trademark hue of black, were among the last to arrive at the ceremony, which meant they had to wait to take their prominently situated seats, says E! Online's Marc Malkin.

Brad's sweet nothings: "If you lay another kiss on me I'll change Shiloh's diapers for a week."

The handsy honeys, who just returned from a kid-centric trip to the actor's hometown of Springfield, Mo., reportedly used the delay to their advantage by first whispering and laughing and then making out "like a couple of teenagers."

They were "the most loving and attentive I've ever seen them," an ogling bystander opines to Us. "They were completely infatuated with each other."

Pitt, adds the spy, kept his arm glued around Jolie, a Best Actress nominee for "A Mighty Heart," even as well-wishers famous (George Clooney, Don Cheadle, Queen Latifah) and otherwise stopped by their table during commercial breaks.

The ridiculously famous flames seemed so riveted with one another that speculation of the bundle-of-joy variety -- helped along by the robust-looking bustline that a glowing and not-quite-as-rickety Angelina was showing off -- has quickly heated up, with even the Los Angeles Times wondering whether it's "time for another addition to the family."
