But wait, there's more! Shuffle down to your local multiplex and you, too,
can experience these fantastic (we're hoping) features:
"Sex and the City: The Movie" (May
30) Carrie, Samantha, Charlotte and Miranda are back and they've
finally made it to the big screen. When we last left New York's fashionably
fabulous 30-, er, I mean 40-somethings, Carrie (Sarah Jessica Parker) had snagged Mr. Big (Chris Noth) for good, but is the "happily ever after" ending
already over?
"The Chronicles of Narnia: Prince
Caspian" (May 16) The cinematic sequel to "The
Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe," "Caspian" finds Peter, Lucy, Susan and Edmund
returning to a future Narnia, where they are enlisted to overthrow an evil king.
"Revolutionary Road" (Dec.
19) A decade after "Titanic" made them household names around the
world, Leonardo DiCaprio and Kate Winslet finally reunite on-screen as a couple
who struggle with raising a family in 1950s Connecticut, in director Sam Mendes' adaptation of the acclaimed Richard Yates novel.
"Body of Lies" (Oct. 10)
Ridley Scott directs Russell Crowe for the fourth time, and recruits
DiCaprio for this thriller about a former journalist hired by the CIA to track
down an al-Qaida leader in the Middle East.
"Hancock" (July 2) Will Smith, the biggest movie star in the world, returns to
his favorite weekend (the Fourth of July) in a movie about a superhero who has
screwed up his public image.
"Bond 22" (Nov. 7) Currently untitled, director Marc Forster ("The Kite Runner," "Monster's Ball") teams up with screenwriter Paul Haggis ("Crash") and the latest 007, Daniel Craig, for an original story that picks up
immediately after the events of "Casino Royale."
"The Love Guru" (June 20)
Mike Myers debuts his latest original character, Pitka, a
self-help guru whose first big test is to resolve the romantic triangle of a
superstar hockey player (Romany Malco), his wife (Jessica Alba) and the rival player she's fallen for (Justin Timberlake).
"Wanted" (June 27) Does
the idea of Angelina Jolie playing a sexy superassassin with massive
guns excite you? Yeah, that's what I thought.
"Bruno" (TBD) Under a
veil of secrecy, Sacha Baron Cohen brings his flaming, gay, Austrian
fashionista to America and is hoping for the same comedic results he got with
"Borat." Of course, no one at Universal Pictures will confirm
whether the film is even in production (per Cohen's wishes), but until it's
officially not being released in 2008, we're assuming it is.
"Burn After Reading" (Fall
2008) Coming off the consensus pick for "best film of the year,"
"No Country for Old Men," brothers Joel and Ethan Coen return to flat-out comedy with George Clooney and Brad Pitt along for the ride.

Next column: Katherine Heigl has a closet big enough for "27 Dresses"; and more.
