Jon Hamm: At 36, Hamm is one of our oldest fresh faces. Much like "the kids," we're expecting big things from him in '08. Hamm won a Golden Globe this year for his leading performance in AMC's "Mad Men," a much buzzed-about drama series set in the world of advertising on New York's Madison Avenue in the '60s.
