Actor Wesley Snipes is reportedly set to reprise his role as vampire hunter Blade in a fourth instalment of the franchise.

The "Expendables 3" star will net a $3 million paycheck for his return to the film series, according to the New York Daily News.

Snipes recently spoke about his desire to return to the franchise, telling MTV.com, "I'd be open to it. I think we've got some stones left unturned and there's some latitude left for us to build on and I'd love to get back in the suit again and do some things I've learned how to do now that I didn't know how to do then."

The 52-year-old previously played the character in 1998's Blade, 2002's "Blade II" and 2004's "Blade: Trinity."

The, "Blade" series has always been one of my favorite fun to watch. The critics never gave the series much credit. But I found each installment very entertaining. This is what is all about! Screw the critics!

If the writers can create a decent story-line and the producers dedicate themselves to deliver a post-legacy chapter to the original character in the series, I am all on board!

I, personally enjoyed seeing, "Snipes" in the, mediocre, "Expendables 3" movie.....PG13, (REALLY?????).

I wouldn't mind a fourth movie just don't let it be an ensemble piece like the last one. It's called "Blade" not "Blade & Friends". I agree he needs to pay his taxes on time and not listening to whomever gave him that bad advice before. the IRS don't care who u are or what u do, they will come get you. If you were to ever get stranded on a desert island & there is absolutely no signs of life within many miles, the IRS will find you if you owe enough money. He'll they'd spend more to get you than you actually owe.

Hmmm... don't suppose Marvel got the rights to Blade back?  Would be pretty neat to see the character folded into the Marvel Universe films! Blade and Nick Fury?  Um YES.
