Vince Vaughn's new film canceled

Vince Vaughn's new crime drama "Term Life" has been shelved by bosses at Universal Pictures.

The "Wedding Crashers" funnyman was set to star in and produce the movie, about a man who goes on the run to avoid a mob hit long enough for his life insurance policy to kick in for his daughter.

The unexpected news emerges shortly after studio executives announced Hailee Steinfeld would feature as Vaughn's kid in the big screen adaptation of the "Term Life" graphic novel, according to Deadline.

Staff changes at Universal are rumored to have prompted the cancelation.

Hollyweird is in big trouble. Movie theaters are catering to drunks, and anyone with a credit card. The new digital equipment is expensive to maintain & upgrade. They are now trying to pay for it. Stay home, watch Netflix. Hollyweird will sell the crap they make one way or another. Movie theaters are turning into Bars & Nightclubs complete with 4 letter words, and ALCOHOLICS! Take the kids!
