The actor was a surprise guest at the ninth annual Johnny Ramone Tribute event at Hollywood Forever Cemetery, and stuck around to watch the John Waters movie, which was screened on the wall of the famous graveyard's mausoleum.

Depp joined a question and answer session featuring Waters, co-stars Traci Lords and Ricki Lake, and James Intveld, who provided Depp's singing voice in the film.
