Lindsay Lohan has landed her first acting role since leaving rehab last month.
The "Mean Girls" star successfully completed a court-ordered 90-day treatment and was subsequently released from the Cliffside Malibu Rehab Center in California. Lohan returned to work just one day after her release on July 30, filming a guest-host spot for Chelsea Handler's late night TV talk show, and now she'll return to the small screen again for a guest role in Danny McBride's TV series "Eastbound & Down."
The star took to her Instagram.com account on Tuesday to post a snap of herself styled for the show alongside the caption "back@work! So grateful today!"
Bosses at HBO, the network behind the show, have since confirmed Lohan's role to E! News. A show insider says Lohan plays the daughter of one of the main characters and filmed a wedding scene in Wilmington, N.C.
C'mon. Giver her another chance. After all, Look at Robert Downey Jr.'s turn around. If he could do it there's hope for anybody.
Won't be long before she is playing the "mother" versus the "daughter" roles. Sad how her lifestyle has completely altered her appearance.
won't be watching this one. sorry HBO.
she's an old looking-washed up-talentless-junkie.
