Michelle Obama praises Jackie Robinson movie

WASHINGTON (AP) — Michelle Obama says a new movie chronicling the rise of baseball great Jackie Robinson, including the racial discrimination he suffered on and off the ballfield, left her and the president visibly moved after they saw it over the weekend.

She said the film, "42," also had them wondering "how on earth" the Robinsons lived through it.

Mrs. Obama commented Tuesday before an interactive workshop she held for high school and college students after a screening in the White House movie theater. Students also got to question Robinson's widow, Rachel, and cast and crew members, including Chadwick Boseman, who plays Robinson in the movie.

President Barack Obama was holding a separate White House screening of "42" for the cast and crew Tuesday evening.

The film opens nationwide on April 12.

Do they ever work in the White House...between multiple vacations every year, playing Golf with Tiger Woods, going to romantic dinners in Chicago for Valentines Day, watching pre screenings of movies, etc., (by the way, most of it is on AIrForce1 & Secret service detail all paid by the taxpayers).  How about some quality productivity for a change.

The truth is, I doubt that Barry or Michelle have ever experienced an instance of discrimination in their lives.  Barry lived i Hawaii where brown faces are the majority, not the minority.  The then moved to Indonesia where the same holds true.  Then back to private schools and a fast track conveyor through Ivy league liberal institutions where he was a poster boy, not a whipping boy.  Then to work in predominately black wards in Chicago where he was also on the fact track greased by liberal application of rich liberal white moneymen.  What do either of them know about discrimination.  Once again they pay lip service to the poor darkies for which they have nothing but contempt.

She should be praising Obama: 2012.  That was an excellent, truthful movie about her husband.  Jusst loved the part where they showed Obama's half-brother who lives in the tiniest little hole (sure can't call it a house).  Start helping out your own brother, Obama.  Obama should be ashamed of himself that he can't help his poor half-brother.  Disguisting!
