Lindsay Lohan's 'The Canyons' snubbed by SXSW Film Festival

WENN

Embattled actress Lindsay Lohan has been dealt another blow after her latest movie, "The Canyons," was rejected by organizers of the Austin, Texas, South by Southwest (SXSW) Film Festival.

Bing: Lohan's law troubles

The erotic thriller has been denied a screening slot because it suffers from "quality issues" and has "an ugliness and a deadness to it," a SXSW source tells The Hollywood Reporter.

The snub comes just a week after bosses of the Sundance Film Festival opted not to feature "The Canyons" during the 10-day independent cinema event in Utah. Director Paul Schrader's movie, which features Lohan opposite porn star James Deen, was written by "American Psycho" author Bret Easton Ellis.

There is no place in entertainment for Lindsey Lohan.  Go away Lindsey.....go far, far away.  And to the media.....just stop covering her, already.  Enough!

Why does anyone still think she has talent as opposed to simple notoriety from her freak and train wreck status that producers hope she will bring to a project?

Lindsay, if you have ONE milligram of sense left, you might realize that YOUR way of living has brought you misery. Maybe it would be a good idea to seek some advice and guidance from people who have their acts together...and that would exclude your own family, unfortunately. However, there are still many nice and talented celebrities around who would help you. But YOU have to swallow your ego and take advice, and follow through on it for a loooong time.

Did no one see her in Liz & Dick. Honestly I only saw clips from that movie, and sure enough my 3 year old could do a better acting job. Which is sad to say because I use to have a soft spot for Lindsay when she was in the quirky funny movies. Now she down right sucks. Who would have ever guessed that you could lose the ability to act?

The same could be said for it's actress.  Clean up Lindsay, you're only famous now for being a coked out trainwreck.
