Helen Mirren wants to tackle a more edgy film role by working with director Quentin Tarantino.
Bing: Tarantino's retirement plan
The British actress, famed for her work in "The Queen" and period dramas such as "Gosford Park," showed off a different side of herself in 2010 action movie "Red," in which she teamed with Hollywood tough guy Bruce Willis and learned to shoot a gun for action-packed sequences.
Mirren has now revealed she hopes to go one step further by working with Tarantino, who is known for violent films like "Reservoir Dogs," "Pulp Fiction" and "Kill Bill." She tells British newspaper the Daily Express, "I'd love to work with Quentin. I love his movies and I can handle a gun."
