Emma Watson is hoping to follow in the footsteps of her "Harry Potter" co-star Daniel Radcliffe by taking on a role in a musical stage show.

The British actress had to perform routines from famed musical "The Rocky Horror Picture Show" for her new film, "The Perks of Being a Wallflower," and she admits the work gave her a taste for singing and dancing. She now hopes to land a musical theater role to put her new-found skills to the test, emulating Radcliffe, who honed his dance steps for a star turn in the Broadway production of "How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying."

Watson tells British newspaper the Sunday Telegraph, "I love musical theater, so I would love to do a musical soon, that would be wonderful ... I was terrified of the 'Rocky Horror' scenes, but, as it turned out, it was fun, and once I got over how weird it was to go from wearing knitted jumpers to corsets and fishnets, I got it together ... (It has given me) a taste for cabaret and singing and dancing."
