
Former "Happy Days" star Henry Winkler is returning to Broadway for the first time in 12 years -- as a porn star.
The veteran actor, best known for playing Fonzie on the '70s hit show "Happy Days," has signed on to portray an aging adult star in the David West Read comedy "The Performers."

Evan Cabnet will direct the show, about life in the porn industry, which will open on Nov. 14 at the Longacre Theater in New York. Cheyenne Jackson will also star.
It will be 66-year-old Winkler's first appearance on Broadway since starring in Neil Simon's "The Dinner Party" in 2000.
