'The Hunger Games: Catching Fire' Casts Mags
Lynn Cohen to play Finnick's 80-year-old mentor

Lynn Cohen has joined the cast of "The Hunger Games: Catching Fire" as Mags, an 80-year-old mentor to Finnick Odair, who reportedly will be played by Sam Claflin.

Cohen, a veteran of such films as "Munich" and "The Station Agent" and TV shows like "Nurse Jackie," joins a cast led by Jennifer Lawrence, Josh Hutcherson, Liam Hemsworth and Philip Seymour Hoffman.

"Catching Fire" is the second in Suzanne Collins' trio of young adult novels. Lionsgate/Summit will release the third, "Mockingjay," as two films.

Francis Lawrence is directing "Catching Fire," which Nina Jacobson and Jon Kilik are producing.

The film picks up with Lawrence's Katniss Everdeen after winning the eponymous annual contest, as she must now embark on a victory tour. The seeds of rebellion have been planted in the outlying districts, though Capitol City remains firmly in control.
