A Timeline of Archery at the Movies

By Mary Pols
Special to MSN Movies

Once upon a time, archery was the least-favorite activity at summer camp. Nerd city. Out of fashion. "The Hunger Games" changed all that. On June 22, the little kids (who we hope stayed home from "The Hunger Games") will get with the bow-and-arrow trend when Pixar releases  "Brave." The animated family movie features a feisty princess who uses her markswomanship to help her dodge marriage with a stranger and, later, to help her save her kingdom.
