Yes, the music you have purchased from MSN Music is yours to keep and enjoy in accordance with the content usage rules. Specifically, you will still be able to

• Use the tracks downloaded from MSN Music on five authorized computers
• Export the tracks for personal use to compatible portable digital players
• Burn tracks and playlists to CD solely for personal, non commercial use

Beginning on November 14th, MSN will make it easy for MSN Music users to find and download music from the new Zune Marketplace. The Zune Marketplace is designed to work seamlessly with the new Zune digital media player and will enable you to purchase tracks individually or to buy a Zune Pass subscription to download as many songs as you want for a flat fee. A current Zune Pass is required to continue accessing downloaded music. The "buy" buttons that were on MSN Music album and artist pages will change to links that connect you to Zune. By visiting MSN Music you can learn more about a particular artist or album and even listen to a 30 second preview of a particular song. Once you decide to purchase music, you can choose the Zune Marketplace.

To back up your music, you can either copy the files to a second computer, or you can burn your music to CDs.
