Actor Biography:A native of Boston, MA, who grew up in Florida and Connecticut, actress Vail Bloom attended Ivy League Princeton University as an architecture major, but caught the acting bug when a friend invited her to essay a role in a short-subject film. Bloom landed her first major industry role with a part as a harried casting assistant in the 2007 comedy Finishing the Game, then signed for an ongoing portrayal of Assistant District Attorney Heather Stevens on the CBS daytime soap opera The Young and the Restless. ~ Nathan Southern, All Movie Guide
