Executive Producer, Actor, Featured Music, Songwriter Born: December 13, 1948 Biography:A native of Detroit, MI, hard rock legend Ted Nugent enjoyed both success and tremendous controversy from the late '60s into the early years of the 21st century. His successes were his chart-topping sales and rabid audience following with such bands as the Amboy Dukes and Damn Yankees (in addition to repeated triumphs as a solo performer), the controversy was his unabashed ultra-right-wing political stance, including pro-gun beliefs and a love of hunting animals. Despite this controversy, Nugent nevertheless clung tightly to a "clean" lifestyle that demonstrated a repeated opposition to recreational controlled substances.
