Director, Producer Born: June 18, 1951 in Chicago, IL Biography:A production assistant in the early '70s, Miner ran an editing service which led to his directing, producing, and editing numerous educational, industrial, and sports films. He began helming theatrical features in the early '80s with the slasher sequels "Friday the 13th, Part 2" and "Friday the 13th, Part 3". His other films include the scare fare "House" and "Warlock" (which he also produced) and the comedy "Soul Man". ~ All Movie Guide
