Since his earliest work in television (including the game show classic The Joker's Wild and a slew of made-for-TV films), Millan has been subtly enhancing the movie-going experiences of audiences everywhere, with Oscar-nominated work in such feature films as "Schindler's List" (1993), "Braveheart" (1995), and 1996 Best Sound Oscar-winner "Apollo 13". A master of the Dolby Digital Surround Sound system, Millan again won the Best Sound Oscar (along with co-sound mixers "Bob Beemer" and "Ken Weston") for his work in "Gladiator" (2000).
