![]() Avg.User Rating: Rate this person: Actor Born: February 26, 1930 in Glendale, CA Death: July 31, 1955 in Burbank, CA Biography:An extremely handsome young Columbia contract player of the 1950s, California native "Robert Francis" had appeared in productions at the famed Pasadena Playhouse prior to making his much-heralded screen debut as Ensign Keith in "The Caine Mutiny" (1954). He was reunited with co-star "May Wynn" in "The Bamboo Prison" (1954) and played the male ingenue once again in "John Ford"'s "The Long Gray Line" (1955).
