Producer, Screenwriter, Executive Producer, Production Designer Born: USA Biography:Production designer, producer, and screenwriter "Polly Platt" worked on a number of major feature films of the '70s and '80s. As a production designer, she gained considerable acclaim for the work she did on the films of her ex-husband, "Peter Bogdanovich", including "What's Up, Doc?" (1972). Platt's screenwriting credits include the script for "Louis Malle"'s controversial "Pretty Baby" (1978).
