Director, Producer, Screenwriter, Executive Producer, Book Author Born: April 23, 1949 in Chicago, IL Biography:American screenwriter Paul Brickman is known for penning offbeat films such as Demme's Handle with Care/Citizen's Band (1977). In 1983, he made his directorial debut with "Risky Business" for which he also wrote the screenplay. Brickman began his career as a camera assistant and story analyst.
