Actor Biography:Daughter of Aerosmith guitarist Rick Dufay, actress Minka Kelly was raised in New Mexico and started her acting career with roles in projects like the movie State's Evidence and with a recurring role on the show What I Like About You. In 2006, she was cast as head cheerleader Lyla Garrity on the series Friday Night Lights, a show based on the movie of the same name, about a small town in Texas where high-school football is among the most important things in life.
