Director, Screenwriter Born: New York City, NY Biography:American filmmaker James Foley has been making notable, critically acclaimed films since the mid 1980s when he debuted with "Reckless," starring Daryl Hannah and Aidan Quinn. He got his start after studying film at NYU and USC, Los Angeles.
