Actor, Songwriter Born: 1928 Death: August 6, 1994 Biography:Italian singer/songwriter and actor "Domenico Modugno"'s career spanned the '50s through the '70s; he was best-known for singing the international hit "Volare," which Modugno co-wrote. Other hits include "Piove." His success as a singer led to a sporadic film career that began in 1961.
