Director, Producer, Co-producer, Executive Producer, Art Director Biography:Producer, director and animator "Clive A. Smith" is a co-founder of Nelvana, an animation production company established in 1971 to provide high-quality television and feature-film programming for children and families. The studio was responsible for such television shows as "Ewoks", "Rupert the Bear" and Sam and Max. Feature-film credits include "Pippi Longstocking" (1997). Smith started out in 1964 working for the London-based animation studio Group Two. He moved to Canada in 1967 to work with "Al Guest" and "Vladimir Geotzleman" as an animator and a designer. ~ Sandra Brennan, All Movie Guide
