A native Angeleno, Collins Jr. is the grandson of actor "Pedro Gonzalez". One of the first Mexicans to find Hollywood success, Gonzalez appeared alongside "John Wayne" in various Westerns and war films. Sometimes credited as "Clifton Gonzalez Gonzalez" in honor of his grandfather's name, Collins Jr.'s range has found him work in a rich variety of films throughout the 1990s both in television and film.
