She made her feature-film debut in "Deux ou Trois Choses Que Je Sais d'Elle" ("Two or Three Things I Know About Her") in 1967. One of her best-known starring roles is that of Charlotte in "Un Eléphant Ça Trompe Enormément"/"Pardon Mon Affaire" (1976). Duperey made her Hollywood debut in "Sydney Pollack"'s "Bobby Deerfield" (1977). That year she also debuted on Broadway.
