Mika and Canaan have built their brand new relationship around three
passions: music, the race and each other. Their
friendship first bloomed into
more during the application processes for the race, and two of the three months
they've been a couple have been dedicated to training. That gives them an
interesting edge!
These two are not well-traveled or worldly, but that doesn't mean the
competition should allow their easy smiles, Southern twang and Christian values
(he's a virgin!) to disarm. They consider their strengths and weaknesses
well-matched, and though they plan to play nice, are quick to point out that
building a career in Nashville takes thick skin and determination, which is what
it may take to stay out in front in the race.
